Greetings from Sydney! It’s a gorgeous afternoon, and I’ve walked from the opera house to Oxford Street, a place for cute shops and rainbow flags. That’s where I found Ampersand, a cafe with English breakfast, coffee to die for, internet, and three floors of used books!
T-minus 4 hours till we start the crossing from Australia to Hawaii to San Diego. Actually, by the time you read this, I’ll be at sea. I’m scheduling a bunch of comic posts today, because we’ll either be at sea or on a teeny Polynesian island for about the next month. Ship internet is slow and pricey, but hopefully I can keep the comics coming!
Enjoy!

Does Napier still look like that? Because all of the beautiful Art Deco in Miami has been razed and replaced by 50-story buildings full of Million dollar apartments. It’s a travesty. It would be nice to know that there’s still some Deco left on the planet.
Fortunately, someone in Napier realized that the Art Deco made it a tourist destination, so AFAIK it’s there to stay!
