Diana, one of the singers, requested this one, and it was quite fun to oblige.
So here I am at Silverbow, my first coffee/internet stop in Juneau. They make their own bagels, and I haven’t found a reason to eat anything for breakfast other than their egg and bacon bagel sandwich. However, Heritage Coffee down the street is delicious and pleasant, with lots of natural light and paintings on the walls that I LOVE. Seriously, it’s the usual subjects of Alaskan streets, houses, mountains and trees, but the artist uses the best bits of cartooning and watercolor techniques to give them personality!
(Is it silly that I used the internet in Silverbow to check the phone number for Heritage Coffee so I could call and make sure I could hit it before closing time?)
